Who we are

This website, www.mmimadeeasy.com, is published by MMI Made Easy, a division of Executive 2000 Institute, based in Toronto, Canada (hereinafter "MMI Made Easy", "we"). This policy describes what information we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.

Our self-assessment platform at assess.mmimadeeasy.com is operated by the same team. The information you provide there (your account, your answers, your payments) is used to deliver that service, and this policy applies to it as well.

What we collect

Contact form. When you write to us, we receive the information you enter: whether you are a candidate or a parent, your first and last name, your email address, your country, your phone number and your message. We use it to answer you and to follow up on your request. It is delivered to our mailbox by Postmark, a transactional email service, and kept as long as needed to handle the conversation.

Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person and not from an automated program. Turnstile runs silently and shows no puzzle. To do so, Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and connection, as described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical data when you load a page (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser type). These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and analytics

When you first visit, a small banner asks whether you accept cookies used to measure visits. Nothing is loaded until you accept. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no analytics data is sent. Your choice is kept on your device for 180 days, and you can change it at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

If you accept, we use two tools:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): counts visits and shows which pages are read and how visitors arrive. IP addresses are anonymised, and the data is not used for advertising.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): records how pages are used (scrolling, clicks, heatmaps) so we can improve the site. Text you type into forms is masked by Clarity before it is recorded.

The website also stores a technical preference for the light or dark colour theme, which contains no personal information.

How we use your information

We use the information described above to answer your messages, to deliver our preparation services, to understand how the website is used and to keep it secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who has access

Your information is handled by the MMI Made Easy team and by the service providers that run this website on our behalf: GoDaddy (hosting), Postmark (email delivery), Cloudflare (spam protection), Google (analytics, with your consent), Microsoft (usage analytics, with your consent) and Stripe (payments on the self-assessment platform). These providers process data in Canada, the United States and the European Union, under their own privacy commitments.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to analytics at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link. Write to info@mmimadeeasy.com and we answer within 30 days.

If you live in Quebec, you can also address a complaint to the Commission d'acces a l'information du Quebec; elsewhere in Canada, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

We update this policy when our tools or practices change. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised.
